Frequently Asked Questions

1. What kind of services do you offer?

I offer personalized errand and lifestyle support services, including package delivery, shopping assistance, appointment bookings, and custom one-off tasks. Whether you're too busy or simply prefer to delegate, I’m here to help.

2. Which areas do you cover?

My base station is Westlands and I operate in areas that I have classified as Zone A (Westlands, Parklands, Riverside, Chiromo, Kyuna, Spring Valley, Waiyaki Way (up to ABC), parts of Loresho) and Zone B (Lavington, Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Muthangari, Lower Kabete, Kitisuru, Highridge, Thigiri, Gigiri, Muthaiga). I also take up errands that require me to go to the CBD on the client's behalf.

3. How do I make a booking?

You can reach out to me via WhatsApp to make a booking. Confirmation will be based on my availability, thereby, I encourage you to make advanced bookings if your needs allow.

4. Do you accept last-minute requests?

Yes, but, while I do my best to accommodate, I may decline if the timeline is unrealistic or compromises another client’s task. However, these come with a rush fee to prioritize your task and make the necessary adjustments to my schedule.

Rush requests typically include anything needed within 6 hours or the same day e.g. forgotten documents that need to be dropped off ASAP, urgent grocery pickups, last-minute gift shopping. The rush fee depends on the urgency, complexity, and location of the errand. Rush fees are added to your total cost and confirmed before the errand begins.

It is applied as follows:

  • Same-day bookings (<6 hrs. notice): +Ksh. 250

  • Emergency tasks (<2 hrs. notice): +Ksh. 400 – Ksh. 500

If you're unsure whether your request qualifies as a rush job, just ask — I’ll always be transparent with you.

5. Is same-day service considered a rush request?

Not always! A same-day request becomes a rush request when it’s urgent, short notice, or needs immediate turnaround — for example, needing something within 2–4 hours. However, if you reach out and I happen to have a free slot that day, I may accept the task at regular rates.

To be safe (and avoid the rush fee), it’s always best to book in advance. I prioritize booked clients, and availability for same-day tasks isn’t guaranteed. While Westlands is my base, I currently operate without a physical office — that’s why I appreciate early bookings!

6. Do I need to pay everything upfront before the service?

Yes. Full payment is required to confirm your slot. It helps lock in your booking and covers any preliminary costs like transport or purchases on your behalf.

7. How much do you charge?

Rates vary depending on the type and scope of your request. Once I receive your booking, I’ll review the details and send you a custom quote.

8. How will I track the progress of my errand?

I share my live location during errands, send updates when necessary, and always provide digital copies or photos of receipts for full transparency.

9. How do you calculate transport costs for errands?

Transport charges are based on the errand location, urgency, and the mode of transport needed. I use a flexible system — including public transport, boda bodas, and ride-hailing services — to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

  • Zone A (Westlands & nearby): Ksh. 200 – Ksh. 300

  • Zone B (outer neighboring suburbs): Ksh. 300 – Ksh. 500

For long distances, remote areas, or bulky/time-sensitive errands, private rides may be used and factored into your quote. My goal is always to provide the smoothest and most professional service possible.

10. Is my privacy protected?

Absolutely. I handle every task with discretion and professionalism. Your details and errands are kept strictly confidential and in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act (2019).

11. Do you work with expats and diplomats?

Yes! I offer custom packages designed for diplomats and expatriates living in Nairobi who need reliable, discreet lifestyle support.

12. Can I schedule recurring errands?

Yes. I have flexible weekly or monthly packages. If you have regular errands, let’s create a plan that suits your schedule.

13. What happens if there's a delay or issue during the errand?

If anything unexpected comes up, I’ll inform you right away and provide a solution. Communication and professionalism are my top priorities.

14. How do I pay?

I accept both cash and M-Pesa in Kenyan Shillings only. Full payment instructions are shared once availability is confirmed.
