Refund Policy

Effective Date: 4 April, 2025

I take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized service. However, I understand that circumstances may change.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Eligible for full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 12–24 hours: 50% refund.

  • If an errand is cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice or when the client is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • If I’m unable to complete your errand for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including any upfront costs.

2. Refund for Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with a service due to clear error or negligence on my part:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of service delivery.

  • I will review the concern and offer either a partial refund or a complimentary redo, where applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed services

  • Third-party purchases (e.g., groceries, gifts) already made on your behalf.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please send me a WhatsApp message with your booking details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.
